Shipping
- Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11:59pm on Friday will be shipped out on next business day.
- Open Monday thru Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Orders may take longer than expected due to COVID-19. We ask that you be patient with us regarding shipping.
- Customers are responsible for contacting carrier when items are lost in the mail. If items are damaged upon arrival of packages please send us an email at Info@naturalnapes.com.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at naturalnapes.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
